       assigning and transferring all the right title and Interest either in Law or
       Equity of them the said Humphry Wells Stokes George Stokes and Susannah  
       Mary Stokes of in and to the said two mentioned bargained parcells of Land
       and premisses with its Appurtenances unto the said Jacob Giles his Heirs and
       Assignes for Ever In Witness whereof the said Humphry Wells Stokes
       George Stokes and Susannah Mary Stokes have hereunto set their
       hands and seals the Day and Year first above written

       Be it Remembred that the within named Humphry Wells Stokes
       George Stokes and Susannah Mary Stokes Came before us the Subscribers
       Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County and acknowledged
       the within Deed to be their Acts                        and the Land and
       Premisses thereby bargained and Sold to be the Estate of the within
       named Jacob Giles his heirs and Assignes for Ever Taken and Certifyed
       by us this 26.th Day of April Anno Dom 1737 as Witness our hands

       for an Alienation fyne on the within Lands for the Use of the Lord
       Baltimore by Order of Benjamin Tasker Esq.r

Ex.d This Indenture Made the twelfth Day of August in the Year
       of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Seven Between
       Benjamin Tasker ^of the City^ of Annapolis Esq.r & Ann his Wife of the one Part
       And his Excellency Samuel Ogle Esq.r of the Other Part Whereas by
       Indenture of Bargain & Sale bearing Date on or about the thirtieth
       Day of March last past and made or mentioned to be made Between
       Jacob Henderson of Prince Georges County Clerk of the one Part & the
       said Samuel Ogle & Benjamin Tasker of the Other Part he the Said
       Jacob Henderson for the Considerations therein mentioned did Grant
       bargain & Sell unto the Said Sam.l Ogle & Benjamin Tasker their
