X.d To all Christian People To whome these Presents Shall Come
C.h p.d Henry Hill of Ann Arundell County in the Province of Maryland sendeth
       Greeting &c.a Know Ye that I the said Henry Hill as well for & in Consideration
       of the Natural Love & Affection which I have and do bear unto my
       dear & well eloved son Joseph Hill of the County & Province af.d as alsoe
       for Divers Other Good Causes & Considerations me thereunto moving
       Have given Granted made over & Confirmed & by these Presents do give
       Grant make over & Confirm unto my s.d Son Joseph HIll his heirs &
       Assigns for Ever the Several Tracts or Parcells of Land following that is to
       Say one Tract or Parcell of Land Situate lying & being in the fork of
       Gunpowder River in Baltimore County called & Known by the Name of
       Hills Forrest & Containing a thousand acres more or Less two other Tracts
       or Parcells of Land situate lying & being on the North Side of Little
       Choptank River in Dorchester County the one Called Tench's Hope
       Containing two hundred Acres the other Called Ragged Point Containing
       four hundred & forty Acres or thereabouts be the same more or Less
       To have & to Hold the said Severall Parcells of Land Called Hills Forrest
       Tenchs Hope & Ragged Point with all & Singular the Premisses
       Rights Profits Advantages Enoluments & Appurtenances to the Same belonging
       or in Any wise Appertaining unto him the said Josep Hill his heirs & assigns
       for Ever To his & their only Proper use & Behoof for Evermore
       Together with the full free quiet & Absolute Possession of the Same
       to all Ends & Purposes whatsoever In Witness whereof I have
