       Levins Purchase Containing one hundred & thirty six Acres Levins Luck
       Containing fifty seven Acres Content Containing Seventy Acres Bearleys
       Neck Containing one hundred & fifty Nine Acres all lying & being
       Situate Contigous together in Ann Arundell County af.d And all
       Houses Edifices Buildings Orchards Gardens Lands Meadows
       Commons Pastures Trees Woods underwoods Ways Paths Waters
       Water Courses Easements Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments
       & hereditaments whatsoever to the s.d Messuages or Tenements belonging
       or in any wise Appertaining And also the Reversion & Reversions Remainder
       & Remainders rents & Services of all & Singular the Premisses & Every
       Part & Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances And also all the Estate
       Right title Interest Claim & Demand whatsoever of him the Said
       Levin Hill of in & to the said Premisses & Every Part & Parcell
       thereof To have & to hold the af.d five Tracts or Parcells of Land
       & Messuages hereditaments & Premisses above mentioned & Every
       Part & Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said Benj.a
       Tasker his heirs & Assignes To the only Proper use & behoof of the
       Said Benjamin Tasker his heirs & assigns for ever And the Said
       Levin Hill for himself & his heirs the af.d five Tracts or Parcells of
       Land Messuages & Premisses & Every Part thereof Against him &
       his heirs & against all & Every other Person & Persons Whatsoever
       to the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs & Assigns Shall & will Warrant
       & for ever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these Presents have hereunto Set their hands and seals
