       Black or the said Alexander or any other Attorney appointed by the said
       William Black to receive the same And Lastly the said Hill doth hereby
       Covenant & agree that he will at any time hereafter when required
       thereto by the said Alexander Execute any further Deed of Conveyance for
       the better & more sure making over the premisses as above specifyed In
       Witness whereof the partyes to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their hands and affixed their seals the Day & Year first
       above written

                Henry Hooper      On the back of which aforegoing Deed was
                                        thus Endorst (Viz.t)

       May 27.th 1737 Then Reced of Alex.r Black Attourney in fact for
       William Black the Sum of two hundred & thirty three pounds
       Eighteen Shillings & three pence Sterl being the Consideration
       mentioned in the within Deed

Ex.d in the year of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred thirty & Seven
       Between Levin Hill of Ann Arundell ^County^ & Province af.d Gentleman of the
       One Part & Benjamin Tasker of the City of Annapolis & County & Province
       aforesaid Esquire of the other Part Witnesseth that the Said Levin Hill
       for & in Consideration of the Sum of three hundred & Seventy five Pounds Sterling
       Money to him in hand Paid by the said Benj.a Tasker the receipt whereof
       the said Levin Hill doth hereby Confess & Acknowledge he the said Levin
       Hill Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened & Confirmed & by these
       Presents Doth grant Bargain Sell Aliene & Confirm unto the Said
       Benj.a Tasker his heirs & Assignes for Ever All that five Tracts
