       Tenements or other Hereditaments & also all other the Reall Estate of what
       Nature or Kind soever which She the Said Mary Woodward Should be Seized of
       Or Intitled to at the time of her Death in Maryland af.d or Else where upon
       the trust & to the Intent & Purpose that they the Said William Woodward
       & Mary Holmes or the Survivor of them or the heirs of Such Survivor should
       as Soon as Conveniently might be Join with the said Elizabeth Gin in the
       Sale of the Said real Estate in Maryland or in Case of her Death that
       they the said William Woodward & Mary Holmes or the Survivor of them
       or the heirs of Such Survivor Should by himself herself or themselves
       Make Sale of the said Real Estate for the best Price that Could be reasonably
       be had or Obtained for the Same which Monies to to be Raised by such
       Sale were Directed by the said Last Will & Testament to be Divided
       Amongst the Persons mentioned in Such last Will for that Purpose
       as by the Same Last Will & Testament Relation being thereunto had
       may more at large Appear Now this Indenture Wittnesseth
       that the said Eliz.a Gin in her own right & the said William Woodward and  
       Mary Holmes in Execution of the trust af.d & Pursuant to the aforesaid
       Recited Testament & last Will & for & in Consideration of the Sum of
       Forty five Pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to them in hand
       Paid or Secured to be paid by the said Thomas Davis before the Sealing
       & Delivery of these Presents Have Granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these Presents Doe Grant bargain Sell
       Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto the Said Thomas Davis his heirs & assigns
       all that tract or Parcell of Land being the remaining Part of the said
       Tract of Land Called Ranters Ridge Containing three hundred & fifteen
       Acres more or less to which the said Amos Garrett Dyed Seized or Intitled
       to as afores.d To have & to hold the Same with the Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging unto the said Thomas Davis his heirs & Assignes for Ever
       And the said Elizabeth Gin William Woodward & Mary Holmes Do
       hereby for themselves & Every of them for their & Every of their heirs
       Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to & with the
       Said Thomas Davis his heirs & Assigns that they the said William
       Woodward Mary Holmes & Elizabeth Gin their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
       & Assigns the said Land & Premisses hereby Granted Sold or mentioned
       to be Granted or Sold & Every Part or Parcell thereof with all &
       Singular their & Every of their Appurtenances unto the Said
