       And Recorded for the Consideration therein mentioned did Alienate Assigne Sell
       & make Over unto his Brother John Browne all his Right Title Equity
       & Right of Redemption aforesaid which said John Browne the said Provisoe
       or Condition not being Performed on the Eighth Day of August Seventeen
       hundred & Sixteen by his Indented Deed of Release Duely Executed Acknowledged
       & Recorded for the Consideration therein mentioned Did remise release
       & for Ever quit unto the said Amos Garrett his heirs & Assignes all Claims
       Interest Property whatsoever or Right or EQuity of Redemption which
       he the said John Browne had to the said Ranters Ridge And the Said
       Joshua Browne on the Nineteenth Day of November Seventeen hundred
       & Eighteen by his Indented Deed of Release Duely Executed Acknowledged
       & Recorded for the Consideration therein mentioned did remise release
       & for Ever quitt unto the said Amos Garrett his heirs & Assignes all
       Manner of Claims & Right of Redemption which he the Said Joshua
       had to the said Lower Part of Ranters Ridge or any other Part
       thereof as by the Same Several Deeds relation being thereunto had
       May more at Large Appear And Whereas the Said Amos Garrett
       being so Seized of & Intitled to the said Tract of Land Called Ranters
       Ridge as af.d on the twentieth of November Seventeen hundred & Eighteen
       by his Indented Deed of Bargain & Sale Duely Executed Acknowledged
       & Recorded for the Consideration therein mentioned Did Bargaine Sell
       Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto Joshua Browne his heir s& assigns One
       hundred Acres Part of the said Tract Called Ranters Ridge Divided
       from the Other Part thereof by the Lines & Descriptions in the said
       last recited Deed Expressed as by the said Deed relation being
       thereunto had may more at Large Appear after the making of
       which Said Last recited Deed the s.d Amos Garrett Dyed Intestate
       after whose Death all his Reall Estate Desended Descended
       to & Vested in the said Mary Woodward & Elizabeth Guilis two
       Surviving Sisters as Parceners or Tenants in Common And Whereas
       the Said Mary Woodward is SInce the Death of the Said Amos Garrett
       also Dead but before her Death made her Testament & last Will
       Duely Proved & by the Same Testament & last Will gave & Devised
       unto the before mentioned William Woodward & Mary Holmes the
       Parties to these Presents their heirs & Assignes all her Undevided Moiety
       of her Said Raill Estate whether Houses Lands Plantations Messuages
