       Thereout One hundred Pounds thereof was to be & remain to the Proper use of the
       Said John Campbell & the remainder was to be Equally divided Among the Grand
       Children of the said Hellin Jubb And it was thereby further Testifyed & declared
       by & between the said Parties that if the said Hellin Jubb should happen to
       survive the said John Campbell her then intended Husband that then & in Such
       Case from & Immediately after the Death of the said John Campbell the
       Same Goods & Chattles mentioned in the Schedule in the Said Deed mentioned
       & Every of them Should be Accounted the Propper Goods & Chattles & Estate
       of the said Hellen Jubb & Should be received & Taken by the Said Hellin
       Jubb her Ex.rs & Adm.rs & Should be Employed & Disposed to Such Person and
       Persons & to & for Such use & uses intent & Purposes & in Such manner &
       form as She the Said Hellin Jubb at any time thereafter Should think Good to
       Limitt or Appoint or Order give devise or Dispose of the same Goods or
       Chattles or any Part or Parts thereof or Otherwise & in Case the said Hellin
       should Survive the Said John Campbell as af.d & Should not make any
       Disposition of the said Goods & Chattles in her lifetime that then the Same
       Goods & Chattles or So much thereof as Should not be by her the said Hellin
       Jubb Disposed of in her lifetime Should be had & Taken by the Executors
       of the said Hellen Jubb Anything in the Said Recited Deed to the Contrary
       Notwithstanding by which Deed it was Provided that the Severall Goods &
       Chattles in the Schedule therein mentioned Should lye at the Risque
       of the Said Hellin Jubb or those that might or Should have right
       thereto by Virtue of the Same Deed as by the said Deed Acknowledged
       Recorded Among the Proceedings of Ann Arundell County Court may
       Appear And Whereas Since the Execution of the Above recited
       Deed the said Marryage hath been had & Solemnized between the said
       Hellin & the said John Campbell And whereas also the said Hellin by
       & With the Consent of the said John Campbell did by Deed of revocation
       bearing Date the fourth Day of September Anno Domini Seventeen
       hundred & thirty two revoake & make Void the said Recited Deed
       & all & Singular Every order Disposition Appointment Limittation
       Gift Devise & Sum & Sums of money thereby Ordered to be paid to
       the Severall Persons therein mentioned & Sums of money therein and
       Thereby Ordered to be Laid out & Every other thing therein Contained
       as if the said Recited Deed had never been made or Executed Excepting
       Only the Sum of fifty Pounds Current Money which by the said
