520) Campbell & Should be Ordered disposed of & Employed to Such Person or Persons & to & for such Use & Uses intent & Purposes & in Such manner & form as is thereafter therein mentioned & Declared that is to say that the Same Goods & Chattles Should Remain & Continue with the Said John & Hellen during the Joynt lives of the said John & Hellin for the better Maintenance of the said John & Hellin And it was further Agreed by & between all & Every of the said Parties and the John Campbell did Thereby Covenant Grant & agree to & with the said John Beale his Ex.rs & Adm.rs & to & with Every of them thereby in Manner & form following that the said Severall Goods & Chattles in the Schedule thereunto Annext mentioned & Every of them & Every Part & Parcell fo them Should from time to time & at all times after the Death of the said Hellen be paid unto had Taken Received & Enjoyed by Such Person or Persons to whom the said William Hellin Jubb Sh^o^uld at Any time or times during her life give devise Order Appoint or Dispose of the Same or Any Part or Parts thereof Either by her last Will & Testament in Writing or by Any Writing Purporting or Intending to be her last Will & Testament or by any other Writing to be Signed with her hand or which she Shall put her hand Mark to in the Presence of two or three more Credible Witnesses thereunto & it was threby Agreed by & between all & Every the Said Parties that for want of Such Limitation Gift devise or Appointment or Disposition of her the Said Hellin as af.d that then & in Such Case that there Should be paid & Disposed out of the Severall Goods & Chattels in the Schedule thereunto Annexed they being Exposed to Publick Sale the Severall Sums of Money following that is to say out of the money that Should be raised out of the Saile of the Severall Goods & Chattles mentioned in the Schedule thereunto Annexed to Hellin Mortimore twenty Pounds Current money to John Brigd^a^le at the Age of twenty four Years Twenty five pounds like Money to Elizabeth Brigdale twenty five Pounds like money to Margaret Mortemore fifty Pounds like money to Willmott Mortimore twenty five Pounds like money to Thomas Mortimore twenty five pounds like money to Hellin Mortimore Daughter of the af.d Hellin Mortimore twenty Pounds like money & twenty three Pounds like money to be laid out In a Grave Yard at the Plantation where Daniel Brigdale now lived Called Levy Neck & the residue of the said Goods & Chattles after the Severall Sums of money aforesaid Should be made (thereout) |
