                On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst Viz.t
       May 5.th 1737 Then Received of M.r Vachel Denton the Sum of
       Twenty pounds Sterling money of Great Britain in full for the Consideration
       of the Land & premisses within mentioned   P W.m Rawlings
       Test
             Henry Hooper          May 6.th 1737 Then Came the within
             Rich.d Goldsmith   Named William Rawlings before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court &
       Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act & Deed & the Land
       & premisses therein mentioned to be the Right & Estate of the within
       Named Vachel Denton his heirs & assignes for ever And at the
       same time came Elizabeth Rawlings Wife of the said William
       Rawlings who being by me privately Examined out of the hearing of
       her said husband Declared that she gave up all her Right of Dower
       to the Lands & premisses within menconed & Acknowledged the same
       to be the Right & Estate of the within Named Vachel Denton his
       heirs & Assignes for ever & that she made the same Acknowledgement
       Willingly & freely & without being Induced thereto by fears or threats
       of or Ill Usage by her husband or fear of his Displeasure According to the
       True Intent & meaning of the within Deed & the Act of Assembly of
       this province in such cases made & provided Taken & Acknowledged
       the Day & Year above mentioned before   Henry Hooper

       Reced May the 11.th 1737 of M.r Vachel Denton for his Lordships
       Use the Sum of Six Shillings Sterling (being the Aleination fine
       on the within Mentioned One hundred & fifty Acres of Land)  By
       Virtue of a Commission from Benjamin Tasker Esq.r Agent
       & Receiver Generall to his said Lordship
11 Sides               Recorded the 12.th May 1737            P Rich.d Dorsey


Ex.d Whereas I the under named Philip Smith of London
       Merchant Did formerly make A Letter of Attorney to William
       Chapman of the Province of Maryland Merchant And
