       firm assurance of the said premisses to the Said
       Daniel Dulany his heirs or assignes that shall be
       Devised advised or Required by him or them or his
       or their Councill Learned in the Law In Witness
       Whereof the abovesaid Parties have to these presents
       set their hands and seals the Day and year first

       vendor therein Mencond according to Act of Assembly
