            sume of Three hundred and fifteen pounds two shillings &

                I Certifie all Persons whom it may concern that
          the within Named George Noble and Leonard Hollyday
          Gent before whom the within acknowledgment was taken
          were & now are justices of the peace for the County of
          Prince George Lawfully authorized and assigned In
          Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
          affixed the Publick Seale of the County aforesaid the
          20.th day of September Anno Domini 1731

EI N.o 3 fol 55    the said Anthony for & in Consideration of Fifty pounds
being a Mistake sterl to him in hand paid the receipt whereof he doth
of the               hereby acknowledge and therefrom acquit the Said
bounds of this   George his Ex.rs ^&^ Adm.rs by these presents hath Given Granted
                       Bargained & Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Conveyed & Confirm
