       Water Courses Woods Underwoods Timber and Timber Trees Profits Commodities and
       Appurtenances Who soever to the same Premisses belonging or in any wise
       Appertaining & to or with the same or any part thereof or at any time heretofore
       used occupyed & Injoyed or accepted Reputed taken or known as part parcele
       or Member thereof and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders of
       the Land af.d and the whole rent and Rents Issues and yearly and other Profits and
       also all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Profit Possession Interest Claim
       and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said Daniel
       Crowly of in unto or out of the said Premisses and of in unto and out of every
       or any part or Parcele thereof To Have and to Hold the Lands Tenements
       Hereditaments and all and singular other the Premisses herwith before Mentioned
       with the Appurtenances unto the said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns
       forever and to and for No other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said
       Daniel Crowley for himself his Heirs Executors Adm.rs & Assigns Doth hereby
       Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Benjamin Tasker
       his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Daniel Crowley is Right full Lawfully
       and Absolutely Seized of an Estate in Fee Simple in and to the Land and
       Promisses af.d with the Appurtenances and that he hath good Right and
       Absolute Power to Sell and Convey the same and every part thereof to the said
       Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns for ever and that he the said Daniel
       Crowley shall and will Warrant the same and every part thereof to the said
       Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns against all Persons whatsoever free
       and Discharged from all Arrearages of Rent and other Titles & Incumbrances
       Whatsoever and also that he the said Daniel Crowley his Heirs and Assigns
       shall and will at any Time or Times hereafter at the reasonable request of
       him the said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs or Assigns or any of them Do make and
       execute any Act or Acts Deed or Deeds for the better and more sure conveying
       and confirming the Premisses aforesaid with the Appurtenances unto the said
       Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the
       said Daniel Crowley to these Presents his hand and Seal have set the Day
       and year first above Written                                                   his
       Sealed and Delivered                                                   Daniel D Crowley   Seal
       In the Prsence of
       Joseph Arnelld            On the Back of the foregoing Deed is thus Indorsed Viz.t
       Charles Wills               Received on the Day and year first within Mentioned
       of the within Named Benjamin Tasker the sum of Fourty Pounds Current
