       subscribing evidences to the Power of Att.ry Contained in this sheet of
       Paper And made Oath upon the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God
       that he saw Cap.t Walter Hoxton Sign Seal & Deliver the Within
       Power of Att.ry as his Act & Deed & that the Other evidences thereto
       subscribing signed the same Power of Att.ry Sworn to before
       Me then One of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court

x.d  This Indenture made the Thirty first Day of October
       Anno Dom 1735 Between Daniel Crowley of North Carolina but Late
       of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one
       Part and Benjamin Tasker of the City of Annapolis Esq.r of the other
       Part Witnesseth that the Said Daniel Crowley for and in
       Consideration of the Sum of fourty Pounds Current Money of
       Maryland to the Said Daniel Crowley by the Said Benjamin
       Tasker at or before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents
       Paid or Secured to be paid Hath Granted bargained Sole
       Aliened Released Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents
       Doth fully & absolutely Grant bargain Sele Alien Release
       Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the Said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever All that Tract of Land lying in Baltimore
       County and which was surveyed the 11.th of March 1699 for the said
       Daniel & Dennis Crowley and which by the Death of the Said
       Dennis before any Division is become the Estate of the said
       Daniel Beginning at the south east corner Two of Mornings
       Choice thence south east Two Hundred Perches to a bounded white
       oake thence North East One hundred & Sixty perches thence
       North West Two hundred Perches thence to the first bounder
       Containing Two hundred Acres Together with the Houses Out
       Houses Edificies Buildings Yard Ways Passages Easements
