(40)   at the reasonable request Cost and Charges in the Law of him
          the Said John Worthington his heirs or assignes make doe
          acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be done so
          or so suffered all or any such further or other reasonable
          Act or Acts thing or things Conveyances or assureances
          in the Law whatsoever as by the said John Worthington
          his heirs or assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the
          Law shall be reasonable advised Devised or required
          for the further and more perfect assureance Surety and
          Sure makeing of all & singular the Intended to be hereby
          bargained Land and Premisses and Every part and
          parcell thereof unto him the said John Worthington his heirs
          and assignes for ever according to the true intent & meaning
          of these presents so that there be no other Warrantee
          Contained therein then whats herein Contained In Witness
          whereof the said Charles Worthington hath hereunto
          interchangeable set his hand and affixed his Seale the
          Day and year first above Written

          Delivered in presence

          On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endorst vizt

             Then received of the Within Mencond John Worthington

                                          The within mencond Charles Worthington
          acknowledged the within Instrument as his Act and Deed
          and the Land and Premisses therein Contained to be the right

          of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly of this Province
          in such Case Made and Provided Taken & acknowledged
          this Tenth day of November 1731
