falls thence North West One hundred sixty eight perches to two white oaks on a point by the falls thence North by East One hundred Twenty Six perches to a Red and white Oake on the North side of a Hill then West North West Eighty one perches to a Red Oake and Hickory on the Top of a Hill by an Old Hollow Oake or bare Tree thence North One hundred and ten perches to a popler and white oake then South East by East fifty perches to two white Oaks by a Hill side thence East Thirty Six perches to three Bound Hickorys thence East North East two hundred thence South South East one hundred perches then West South West Two hundred perches then South South East Ninety Six perches to a white oake and Hickory on a Hill by a Branch and about ten perches from Two Bound white oakes before mencond thence East and by South Two hundred fifty eight perches through the Barrans to a white oake at the head of ^a draft standing about ten perches from a Red Oake before menconed thence Northeast by East two hundred eighty two perches to a bounded white oake on the side of a ridge thence South East by East two hundred & forty pches to a white oake at the head of^ a Valley thence North East by North Thirty perches to a Hickory or a Levell thence South East by East a Quarter Easterly Ninety perches to a Bound Hickory on the side of a Hill thence with a streight Lyne to the first white oake containing and now laid out for nine hundred acres more or Less together with all Houses Plantations fences improvements and all manner of appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the same Land and Premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said John Worthington his heirs and assignes for ever to the only proper use and behoofe of him the said John Worthington his heirs and assignes for Ever and to none other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Charles Worthington Doth hereby for himselfe his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and for every of them Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the Said Jn.o Worthington his heirs and assignes that he the said Charles Worthington and his heirs the appurtenances & every part & parcell thereof to him the said John Worthington his heirs & assignes for ever from and against him the said Charles Worthington and his heirs and from and against all manner of persons ^Lawfully^ Claiming or to Claim any right Title intrest property Claime or Demand Whatsoever of in or unto the aforemencond to be Granted Land and Premisses by from or under him the Said Charles Worthington or his ^heirs^ shall and will well and truly Warrant and for ever ^hereafter^ Defend by these Presents and the Said Charles Worthington Doth hereby further for himselfe & and his heirs Executors and Aministrators Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said John Worthington his Heirs and assignes that he the said Charles Worthington and his heirs shall & will at any time or times hereafter (at) |
