       Beloning or in Any wise Appertaining Whether by Bond note Bill Book
       Debt Account Consignment or for or by what other Reason or means soever
       Nothing Excepted nor Reserved And to that ^end^ & with the Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       of the said Amos Woodward Deceased or whom else it shall or may concern to
       Account & to View State Settle & Adjust all Accounts & the Ballance thereof
       to Receive upon Recoveries & Receipts to Give one or more Acquittances or
       Other Sufficient Discharges in Due form of Law But in Case of refusall
       or Delay by the Heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs of the said Amos Woodward Deceased
       Or whom else it shall or may concern to make & render just & true Account
       and Payment & Satisfaction in the Premises him her or them thereunto
       To Compell by all Lawfull waies & means whatsoever Also if Need be to
       Appear before all Lords Judges & Justices in any Court or Courts thereto
       Answer Defend & Reply in all matters & Causes touching or concerning
       The Premisses to Do Say Pursue Implead Seize Sequester Attack
       Imprison & to Condemn & out of Prison again to Deliver Also to Compound
       Conclude & Agree by Arbitration or Otherwise as his Said Attorneys or
       Either of them Shall think fitt And Generally in and Concerning
       the Premisses to Do Perform & Execute in as full & Ample manner
       To all Intents Constructions & Purposes as he the Said Constituant might
       Might or Could do if Personally Present & that altho the Cause Should
       Require more Ample or Especial Power then is herein before Perticularly
       Exprest with Power to Substitute one or more Attorneys
       Under them or Either of them with Like or Limited Power & the
       same again to revoke he the Said Constituant hereby Promising to
       Ratify Confirm & hold for good and Valid all & whatsoever his said Att.rys
       or Either of them Jointly or Severally or their or either of their substitutes
       shall Lawfully do or cause to be Done in or about the Premisses by
       Virtue of these Presents Thus done & passed in London af.d in the
       Presence of the under Written Witnesses
