                         That the within Named Solomon Wooden declares
       That he the s.d Solomon Delivered the Deed of Gift from his Father to
       him to the Clerk of Baltimore County In order to be Inrolled Amongst
       The Records of the s.d County Some time in Sep.r last Past this
       Declaration was made by the s.d Solomon Wooden this fourth Day
       of October Seventeen hundred & thirty five before the Signing and
       Delivery of the within Deed as Witness my hand

       Ordained & Constituted & by these Presents Doth make Ordain and
       Constitute Cap.t Dan.l Watts Commander of the Baltimore M.r John
       Lomas of Maryland Merch.t & M.r Hide Hoxton of Maryland his
       True & Lawfull Attorneys Given & by these Presents Granting unto
       his said Attorneys & Either of them jointly & severally full Power &
       Lawfully Authority for him the said Constituant in his Name &
       to his use to Ask Demand Levy Sue for & by all Lawfull waies
       & means Recover & Receive of & from the Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       of M.r Amos Woodward of Maryland Merchant Deceased &
       All others Whom it may Shall or may Concern all such Sum
       & Sums of money Goods Wares Merchandises Debts Effects Estate
       and things Whatsoever to him the s.d Constituant Due Owing
