       Recorded Nov.r 6.th 1735

x.d  This Indenture made the fourth Day of October in the Year of
       Our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred & thirty five Between
       Solomon Wooden of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland
       Carpenter of the one Part & John Wilmott of Ann Arundell County and
       Province af.d Schoolmaster of the other Part Witnesseth that the s.d
       Solomon Wooden for & in Consideration of the Sum of twenty Pounds Sterl
       Bills of Exchange & twenty Pounds Paper Currency of this Province and
       Ten Pounds Silver or Gold Currency of said Province by him the said
       John Wilmott to him the s.d Solomon Wooden in hand Paid the Receipt
       Whereof the s.d Solomon Wooden Doth hereby Acknowledge & Doth
       by these Presents Absolutely Acquitt & Discharge the s.d John Wilmott
       his heirs & Assigns from the Same & of & from every Part & Parcell
       thereof Hath Given Granted Bargained Sett over Sold & Confirmed
       Unto the s.d John Wilmott his heirs & Assigns for ever One Certain Part
       or Parcell of Land Lying in Baltimore County Aforesaid now in
       the Tenour Tenure & Occupation of the s.d Solomon Begining at
       A bounded Hickory Standing on the West Side of a Stony Branch or
       Run known by the Name of Gwins little falls & running a Cross the
       Said branch or Run North Seventy two Degrees East Sixty Perches
       Unto another bounded Hiccory Standing by a Small Draft of the
       Afores.d Branch or Run it being in the Given Line of the Tract of Land
       Called Parrish's Range & runing thence up the Given Line of Parish's
       Range North two Degrees East one hundred Sixty & two Perches
       Thence West Seventy Perches & thence with a Streight Line to the
       Beginning tree Containing & Laid out for Seventy Acres more or Less
       And also one other Part of a Tract or Parcell of Land now in the
       Tenure & Occupation of my Brother John Wooden Adjoyning to the
       Af.d Tract or Parcell of Land of Seventy Acres Begining at
       A Bounded White Oake & A Bounded Gum Standing where the
