       And Assignes for ever all & singular the said Lands & Tenements af.d
       With their Appurtenances & every part thereof to his & their own
       use & no other Use Intent or purposes whatsoever And the said Moores
       for themselves their Heirs do Covenant & agree To & with the said Bell
       His Heirs & Assignes that they the s.d Moores their Heirs afd
       Land & every part thereof to the said Bell from & against
       All Persons whatsoever Claiming from by or under them will
       From Time to Time and at all Times hereafter well & sufficiently
       Warrent & Defend and the s.d Moores do farther Covenant &
       And agree To & With the s.d Bell that they the s.d Moores shall &
       Will at any Time within ^seven years from^ the Date hereof at the Reasonable
       Request and at the Cost & Charge of y.e said Bell his Heirs
       or Assignes make do & execute any further or other Deed
       or Conveyance for the Better Assurance of these premisses
       which shall be Reasonably devised advised or Requested by the
       said Bell or his or their Council learned in the Law so always
       That such Deed or Conveyance contain no other Warranty than
       against the said Moores & all other Persons claming
       under them and so as they shall not be obliged to travel
       above seven Miles to execute the same In Witness Whereof
       The said Moores have hereunto set their Hands & Seals
       the Date above Written

       Act of Assembly in that Case Provided
