       Part & George Bell of the County & Province af.d
       Mariner of the other Part Witnesseth that whereas the
       said Richard Moore deceasedsed by his last Will and Testament
       in Writing duly Executed & proved (Inter Alia) Gave his
       Executors full Power and ample Authority to sell and
       Convey any Tract or Parcell of Land as in and by the same
       Will recorded in the Prerogative Office in Anapolis relation
       being thereunto had may more at large appear Now this
       Indenture Witnesseth that the said Margeret Sam.l and
       Mordecai Moore for & in Consideration of Seventy five
       Pounds Current Money to them the said Margaret Sam.l
       and Mordecai Moore in hand paid the Receipt Whereof
       They do hereby Acknowledge Have given granted bargained
       and sold And by these Presents do give grant Bargain & sell
       all the Right Title Estate Claim & Demand of them the
       said Margaret Samuel & Mordecai Moore Parties to these
       Presents as Heirs & Executors of the said Rich.d Moore
       of in and to all & singular certain Parts of two certain Tracts
       of Land one called Cheyneys Adventure the other Ijams
       Choice scituated lying & being in Prince Georges County
       on the West Side of the main Branch of Patuxent River
       Beginning at a bounded Hiccory standing by the
       Main North Branch of the said River where stood a
       Bounded live Oak & Running thence up the said River
       North west & by North Sixty two Perches to a Bounded
       Birch standing in a poccussen by the s.d Branch side then
       south south west one Hundred & Eighty two Perches to
       a Draft of the s.d main Branch called the long Meadow
       Then Bounding on the s.d Draft running down east & by
      
South Sixty two Perches to a stooping white oak standing
       by y.e afd Draft side Then East one Hundred Eighty Eight
       Perches to a bounded Oak standing by the af.d Main Branch
       To the Beginning Tree containing one Hundred & thirty
       Acres ^be y.e same^ more or less Together with all & singular the
       Buildings Improvements profitts & Advantages whatsoever
       to the said Lands Belonging or in any Wise appertaining
       To have & to Hold to him the s.d George Bell his Heirs
