       the said Benjamin Hammond his Heirs & Assignes that He the
       Said Mordecai Hammond And his Heirs shall & will at any time
       Hereafter at the Reasonable Request & Cost & Charges in Law of the s.d
       Benjamin Hammond his heirs & Assignes make doe Perform
       and Excute any other ^further^ Deed or Deed Act or Acts Whatsoever for the better
       Assuring and Conveying the af.d Land and Premisses w.th the
       Appurtenances unto the said Benjamin Hammond his Heirs
       & Assignes According to the true Intent & Meaning of these Presents
       with the Premisses afd as the Council learned in the Law of the said     
       Benjamin Hammond his Heirs & Assignes shall or will
       reasonably Advise Devise or Require In Witness Whereof the Partie
       to this present Indenture hath set their Hand and Seal the Day & Year
       first above written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered                           Mord Hammond seal
       in the presence of
          Jn.o Humphreys                                                                   seal
          Robert Gordon

       On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Endorsed viz.t

       Aug.t 13 1735 Came the within Mentioned Mordeca Hammond
       before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court of Maryland And Did Acknowledge the within
       Deed And all the Lands & Premisses therein Mentioned to be the proper
       Right & Estate of the within Mentioned Benjamin Hammond his Heirs
       & Assignes for ever & Frances Hammond the Wife of the said Mordecai
       Hammond being privately examined frely ^renounced^ her Right of Dower in the
       same According to the Act of Assembly
