       Hundred Acres of Land as P the Certificate of Survey
       Thereof bearing Date the third Day of December Anno
       Domini 1723 and Patent thereon granted as may more at
       Large appear together with all ^and singular^ the Buildings Woods
       Underwoods Profits Advantages & Appurtenances Whatsoever
       Thereon or thereto in any manner of ways belonging and
       Appertaining To have & to hold one fifth Part
       of the said One Hundred Acres of Land with its
       Appurtenances ^un^to him the said Benjamin Tasker Esq.r
       his Heirs & Assignes for Ever To have & To Hold One
       fifth Part of the said one Hundred Acres of Land with
       its Appurtenances unto him the said Charles Carroll Esq.r
       His Heirs & Assignes for Ever To have & to hold one
       fifth Part of the said one Hundred Acres of ^Land^ with its
       Appurtenances unto him the said Daniel Dulany Esq.r
       His Heirs & Assignes for Ever To have & To hold one
       fith Part of the said one Hundred Acres of Land unto
       him the said Charles Carroll Son of Daniel Carroll of
       Duddington Mannor af.d His Heirs & Assignes for ever
       To have & to hold one fifth part of the said one
       Hundred Acres of Land with its Appurtenances unto
       him the said Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon his Heirs
       & Assignes for Ever as Tenants in Common And
       They the said Daniel Carroll of Malbrô Merch.t
       & Matthew Organ do for themselves their Heirs
       Executors and Administrators Covenant & Agree
       That they the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll &
       Daniel Dulany Esq.rs Charles Carroll son of Daniel
       Carroll af.d & Charles Carroll Chirurgeon they
       Their Heirs & Assignes for ever as Tenants in Common aforesaid
       Or in fifth Parts as to them shall seem proper shall be well
       & truly Warranted & Defended as well against them the said
       Daniel Carroll & Matthew Organ as against all Manner of
       Persons of by from or under them or either of them their or either
       of their Heirs Claiming In Witness Wherof and the forgoing
