       and receipts to give Discharges in Due form of Law and in case
       need shall be to appear before all Lords Judges and Justices in any
       Court or Courts thereto answer defend and reply in all Matters & Causes
       touching or concerning the Premisses to do say Pursue Implead Seize
       sequester Attach Imprison & to Condemn and out of Prison again to deliver
       And Generally in the Premisses and all other the affairs of me
       the said Constituant to do Perform and execute in as full & ample Manner
       to all Intents Constructions and Purposes as I myself might or could do if
       Personally Present and that altho the Cause should require more Ample
       or Especial Power than is herein before Particularly expressed w.th power to
       Substitute one or more attorneys under them with like or limitted power
       and the same again to Revoak and I do hereby Promise to Hand to and
       hold for good and Valid all and whatsoever my said Attorneys Joyntly
       or severally or their substitutes shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done
       in or about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents In Witness
       whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the twenty sixth day
       of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & thirty five
Sealed & Delivered (being first duly stampt)         Tho.s Parry   Seal

                   Philip Allingham
                   Francis Etteridge            On the back of the w.ch Power of
                   Peter Dunscombe         Attorney was thus Endorsed Viz.t


       Balt County July the 7 1735   Then Came Philip Allingham and Francis
       Etteridge two of the subscribing Evidences to the within Power of
       Attorney before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the
       Peace for said County and made Oath on the holy Evangelists of
       Almighty God that they saw M.r Parry Party to the w.thin
       Power of Attorney sign seal & Deliver the within Power of Attorney
