cash p.d Know all Men by these Presents that I Tho.s Parry of Bathson
       in the County Somerset Gentleman son and heir ^at^ of Law of
       John Parry late of Maryland Gentleman deced have made ordained and
       Constituted and by these presents do make ordain and Constitute Cap.t
       Daniel Watts of the Parish of S.t Anns lime house in the County of Middlesex
       and Luke Barber Senior of Maryland afd Planter my true & Lawfull
       attornies giving and by these presents granting unto my said Attorneys
       Joyntly and severally full power & Lawful Authority for me & in my
       name & to my use to Demand receive enter into and upon & teke possession
       & seizin of all & singular Messuages houses Lands Tenem.ts & Hereditam.ts
       w.tsoever to me the s.d Constituant belonging or in anywise appertaining
       as son & heir at Law of my said deced father or otherwise Howsoever
       & after possession & seizin so had & obtained the said houses Lands
       Tenements Hereditaments or other Estate w.tsoever of me the s.d Constituant
       or any part or parcel there of together w.th all and singular my Right
       title & Interest thereto to sell assign Enfeoff release convey & Confirm
       & to give Lawfull Possession & Seizin thereof to such Person & Persons
       upon such Term & for such Consideration & Considerations sum & sums of
       money & by such Deeds & Conveyances in the Law with such Warrants
       & Covenants & in such Manner & form as my said attorneys Joyntly or
       severally shall from time to time think fit and to that end to make do
       sign & Execute all such Writings Deeds Acts Matters and things as
       shall be necessary in the Premisses which shall be of as much force
       and Virtue to all Intents Constructions and Purposes as if by me made
       signed and Executed and I do hereby further Authorize and Impower my
       said attorneys joyntly or severally for me & in my name & to my use
       to Ask Demand recover and receive of and from all and every Person or
       Persons of what Degree or Quality soever whom it shall or may Concern
       all such sum & sums of money Debts & Effects whatsoever which they
       or any of them now do or shall hereafter owe or stand Indebted or have
       in his or their or any of their hands Custody or Possession to me the
       said Constituant in the Quality afd due owing or belonging for or upon
       what Account soever nothing Excepted and for that Purpose w.th any Pson
       or Persons when it shall or may concern to account & to View state settle
       and Adjust all Accounts & the Ballance thereof to receive and upon recovering
