       Hope first mentioned hath hereunto Interchangeably set his hand & seal

In the Presence of us
       W.m Wilkins             On the Back & at the foot of the foregoing Deed is
       James Sargent         Thus Indorst Viz.t

       Whereas it is Supposed that the Land hereby Sold is affected by a tract of Land of
       An Elder Survey Contiguous to the same so as to Take away about sixteen
       Acres & an half the Warrant being General for the Quantity of two hundred
       Acres I the s.d Snowden Taylor the Bargaine do for my Self my heirs & agree
       to Take & Accept of the s.d Warranty for the remaining Quantety of Land exclusive
       of what shall be Affected & Taken away by the s.d Elder Survey as Witness my hand
       this twenty sixth fifth Day of April 1735                        Snowden Taylor

       Receivd the Day of the Date hereof the sum of thirty two Pounds Current money
       of Maryland being the Consideration Money for the Land within mentioned
       as Witness my hand                                                George Hope
       Test Richard Westall
               Ann Jacob

       April 25 1735   Then Came the within Mentioned George Hope
       & Acknowledged the within Deed & Lands within Mentioned to be the right
       & Title of the within mentioned Snowden Taylor his heirs & Assigns for
       Ever Acknowledged before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.l
       Court                                                         Robert Gordon

       April the 25 1735   Then received for his Lordships use Eight
       Shillings Sterling being the Alienation fine for the within mentioned
       Land being 200 Acres                                 Benj.a Tasker

       Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred thirty & five Between
       John Thompson of S.t Marys County Merchant of the one Part and
       George Plater of the Coun af.d Esq.r of the other Part Witnesseth
