       Thirty two Pounds Current money to him in hand Paid or Secured to be Paid at
       or before the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents the receipt Whereof
       he Doth hereby acknowledge & therewith to be fully contented & Paid
       Hath given Granted Bargained Sold Aliend Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by
       these Presents Doth give Grant Bargain Sell alien enfeoff & Confirm
       unto him the s.d Snowden Taylor his heirs & assigns for ever all his
       Right title Interest & Property of in & unto the forementioned Land
       Contained within the Bounds af.d Together with all Writings assurances
       & Appurtenances Whatsoever to the same belonging or in any Wise
       Appertaining To Have & to Hold the af.d two hundred Acres of Land
       with the Appurtenances unto him the Said Snowden Taylor his heirs &
       Assigns forever And he the s.d George Hope Doth further Covenant
       Grant & agree to & with the Said Snowden Taylor his heirs & Assigns
       that he the s.d George Hope his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Shall & will at
       all time forever hereafter well & Sufficiently Warrant & Defend the above
       mentioned Land & Premisses unto the s.d Snowden Taylor his heirs and
       & Assigns & from & against all manner of Person or Persons
       Whatsoever Claiming or to Claim any right title Property or Interest
       of in or unto the forementioned Bargained Lands & Premisses or
       Any Part or Parcell thereof And the s.d George Hope Doth for
       himself & his heirs Promise grant & agree to & with the s.d Snowden
       Taylor that he the s.d George Hope & his heirs shall & will at
       any time within the space of seven years next ensueing the
       Date hereof sign seal acknowledge & execute or cause to be
       Signed Sealed Acknowledged & Executed all such other Deed or
       Deeds Instrument or Instruments Conveyance or Conveyances
       Assureance or Assureances whatsoever for the further & Better
       Assureance Surety & Suremaking of all the Aforementioned Land
       & Premisses unto the s.d Snowden Taylor his heirs or Assigns forever
       as shall be reasonably Devised Advised or Required by the
       said Snowden Taylor his heirs or assigns or by his or their Counsell
       Learned in the Law at the proper Costs & Charges of him the said Snowden
       Taylor his heirs or assigns In Testimony whereof the said George
