       Containing five hundred Acres as af.d & so as af.d by me Absolutely Given
       & Granted unto him the Said Robert Sanders Jun.r his heirs & assigns
       for ever Shall & will Warrant & for ever ^by these Presents^ Defend as well against me
       the s.d Robert Sanders the Elder my heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns for ever as
       from & against all & every other Person & Persons whatsoever Claiming
       by from or under me the said Robert Sanders my heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns
       or any of them In Witness whereof I the s.d Robert Sanders have
       hereunto Set my hand & Affixed my Seal this thirteenth Day of May
       in the Twenty first Year of his Lordship the Lord Prop.rys Dominion Annoq
       Domini One thousand seven hundred & thirty five

       Deed to be his Proper Act & the Lands & Premisses therein Mentioned
       to be the Right Interest & Title of the within Named Robert Sanders
       Jun.r his heirs & Assigns for ever According to the true Intent and
       Meaning of the Same Deed & the Act of Assembly in Such Case made
       & Provided which s.d Acknowledgment is Taken & Certified by me
       the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of
       Maryland Witness my hand the Day & Year aforesaid
