(347) x.d By this Publick Instrument of Revocation & Procuration or Letter of Attorney be it known & Manifest unto all those who Shall See these Presents or hear the Same read That on the twelfth Day of April in the Year of Our Lord one thousand Seven hundred & thirty five & in the Eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France & Ireland King Defender of the faith & so forth Before me James Clement Notary & Tabellion Publick Dwelling in London by Royal Authority duly Admitted & Sworn and Witnesses Personally Appeared M.r Jonathan Forward of London Merch.t Who Declared to have Revoked Annulled & made Void and by these Presents Doth revoke Annull & make Void all & all manner of Procurations Powers or Letters of Attorney heretofore give Granted & made by him the said Appearer to any Person or Persons Whatsoever in Maryland And more Especially one Procuration or Letter of Attorney Bearing Date the Eleventh Day of May in the Year one thousand Seven hundred & twenty Seven by him the s.d Appearer made to John Moale of Patapsco River in Maryland Merchant to recover & receive as therein is Particularly Exprest And the s.d Appearer did further Declare to have made Ordained Constituted Authorized & Appointed and by these Presents Doth make Ordain Constitute Authorize & Appoint Captain Darby Lux of London Mariner now bound out on a Voyage to Maryland his true & Lawfull Attorney giving & by these Presents Granting unto his Said Att.ry full power & Lawfull Authority for him the said Constituant in his Name & to his use to Ask Demand Levy Sue for and by all Lawfull Ways & means recover & receive of & from all & every Person or Persons of what Degree or quality soever whom it Shall or may Concern Inhabiting in Maryland all & every such Sum & Sums of money Goods Wares Merchandizes Effects Estate And things whatsoever which now are or Shall or may hereafter become Due Owing Payable Belonging or in any Wise Appertaining to him the Said Constituant in his own Right or as Acting by Virtue of any Grant Power or Authority from the Crown by Patent Privy Seal or Otherwise wheather by Bond Note Bill Book Debt Account Consignment Principal money Change Rechange Costs Damages & Interest on any Protested Bill or Bills of Exchange or by Virtue of any Agreement Decree Sentance Judgment Execution Extent Statute Rent or Arrears of Rent or for or by any other Account (Ways) |
