       Against all or any the Persons herein before mentioned or any other
       Person or Persons whatsoever & them or any of them in Prison and
       Arrest & also to Discharge out of Custody as he shall think fit & to
       Recover & receive all or any Part of the said Estate Goods Chattles
       Debts & Effects whatsoever that Did of Wright belong to the said Sam.l
       Peele & Robert Peele Deceased as af.d & the same to Sell & Dispose
       of in the best manner & for the most that can be gott for the same for
       my use & my Estate Goods Chattles & Effects rendering to me
       a just & true account of the sale & Disposition thereof & just &
       faithfull returns thereof or remittances of all such Goods or Moneys
       which he the s.d John Galloway shall receive as the Produce of such
       Sale or Disposition by Virtue of these Presents & to give all
       Proper Receipts & Discharges for the same or any Part thereof
       in my Name as fully & effectually to all Intents & Purposes
       Whatsoever as if I were Personally Present & Signed such receipts or
       Discharges & I do hereby also for the reason & upon the Consideration
       af.d Authorize make Constitute & Appoint the said John Galloway
       my true & Lawfull Att.ry for me & in my Name Stead & Place
       & on my behalf & for my use & on my account & as & for my own
       Estate Property Interest & Effects to Demand Collect & gitt in and
       Receive into ^his^ hands & Custody all such Debts as lately were due
       to the s.d John Peele but are now due & owing to me from all or
       Any Person or Persons herein beforementioned or any other
       Person or Persons now Living in Maryland af.d their or any of
       their Ex.rs or Adm.rs & also all other the Estate Goods Chattles and
       Effects whatsoever now in the Custody Power or Possession of any
       Person or Persons Whatsoever in Maryland af.d late of him the
       Said John Peele but now belonging to me the s.d Daniel Dodson
       by Virtue of the Assignment afores.d & the same to Sell or Dispose
       of in the Best manner & for the most that can be gott for the
       same rendering to me such just Account & making such just
       Account returns & remittances to me as af.d And I Do hereby
