       Ten thousand & five hundred pounds nor Any Part thereof was or is
       Paid by which the Estate Interest & Property of the s.d Daniel Dodson
       In all & singular the s.d Shipps Goods Chattels Debts & Premisses
       Whatsoever became & is now absolutely the Property Estate & Effects
       of the s.d Daniel Dodson to Dispose of as he shall Direct think fitt
       to Appoint According to the Provisoe or Condition in the Said Deed of
       Assignments mentioned Now Know all Persons to whom these
       Presents shall Come or appear that I the s.d Daniel Dodson for
       Divers Good Causes & Considerations me hereunto moving Doe
       hereby authorize make Constitute & Appoint M.r John Galloway
       of or Near Road River or West River in the Province of Maryland
       Merchant my true & Lawfull Attorney for me & in my Name
       stead & Place & on my behalf & on my Account & as & for my own
       Estate Property Interest & Effects to Collect gett into his hands & Custody
       & to Ask for Demand sue at Law for recover & receive of & from
       Will.m Peele of London Town Near South River in Maryland af.d
       Merchant & all other the Person & Persons herein beforementioned
       in Maryland af.d & all & every Person & Persons whomsoever & whatsoever
       in Maryland af.d who now have or are Possessed of or hereafter shall
       have or be Possessed of any Part of the Goods Chattles Estate & Effects
       whatsoever late of him the s.d John Peele but now of me the s.d
       Daniel Dodson or shall be any ways Indebted for or on Account
       of the Estate & Effects of Sam.l Peele & Rob.t Peele of Maryland
       af.d lately Deceased & of & for all Debts due & owing from the
       said persons herein beforementioned or any other Person or Persons
       Whatsoever for all or any part of the Estate & Effects of the s.d Sam.l
       Peele & Rob.t Peele Deceased to one Equal Moiety or half
       Part whereof I am justly Intituled by Virtue of the Assignment
       af.d from the s.d John Peele & for me & in my Name & on my
       Behalf to Ask sue at Law or in Equity for Demand recover & receive
       the same & in my Name & on my behalf & for my use to
       Commence & Prosecute any Suit or Suits at Law or in Equity
