       Authorize & Empower him the said John Galloway to give all Proper
       Receipts & Discharges for the same or any Part thereof as fully and
       Effectually to all Intents & Purposes whatsoever as if I were Personally
       Present & Signed such receipt & Discharge & my self & in Case any Person
       herein Mentioned or any other Person or Persons in Maryland af.d late
       Indebted To the s.d John Peele but now Indebted to me as af.d or in Case of
       Any ^of^ the Persons herein beforementioned or any other Person in Maryland
       who have or hath in his her or their Custody or Power any of the Goods
       Chattles Estate or Effects whatsoever late of him the s.d John Peele but now
       of me the s.d Daniel Dodson shall Neglect or Refuse to pay such
       their or any of their Debts to the s.d John Galloway for me & my use
       or to Deliver over into the Hands & Custody of the s.d John Galloway any
       Such Goods Chattles & Estate & Effects whatsoever late of him the said
       John Peele but now of me the s.d Daniel Dodson then I Do Authorize &
       Empower the s.d John Galloway to Demand of & Sue Either in Law or
       Equity all & every such Person & Persons in Maryland af.d for the
       Recovery of the s.d Debts Goods Chattles Estate & Effects & the s.d Debts
       Goods Chattles Estate & Effects when recovered to Take into his
       hands & Custody for me & for my use & the same to Sell & Dispose
       of as af.d & thereof to Lend me returns & remittances as af.d & give
       such receipts & Discharges as are proper for the same & also I give
       & Grant unto him full Power to Imprison & Confine all Such Persons
       as Shall Neglect or refuse to pay such Debts to him for any use &
       also such as shall Neglect or Refuse to Deliver over into the hands
       of the s.d John Galloway for my use all such Goods Chattles Estate & Effects
       herein mentioned as af.d & I do hereby give & Grant unto the s.d John
       Galloway all my full Power & Authority whatsoever as my true
       & Lawfull Attorney for the due execution of all the Powers
       Intentions & Purposes herein Mentioned he the s.d John Galloway
       Giving rendering & Sending to me a true account of all his doing
       Actions & Transactions in & of all matters & things Contained in
       these Presents to be done & Acted by him & also returning and
