(33)   Sold Aliend Enfeoffed & Confirmed And by these presents doth
          Give Grant bargain sell alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the
          said Charles Carroll his heirs & assigns for Ever four Lotts
          of Ground in the Town of Marlborow being numbred
          Seventeen Eighteen Nineteen Twenty as by the platt thereof
          may appear more at Large To have and to hold the said four
          Lotts of Ground with all appurtenances privelidges & Comodities
          to them belonging or any ways appurtaining to
          him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns for ever
          to & for the only proper use and Behoof of him the Said
          Charles Carroll his heirs & assigns for ever & to no other  
          use intent or meaning Whatsoever And the Said Daniell
          Carroll for himselfe and his heirs Doth by these presents
          Covenant Promise and Agree to & with the said Charles
          Carroll his heirs and assignes that the Said four Lotts
          of Ground shall be well and sufficiently Warranted &
          Defended against him the Said Dan.ll Carroll his heirs Ex.rs
          & adm.rs & all other persons whatsoever Claiming from
          by or under him or them In Witness whereof the said
          Daniell Carroll hath hereunto put his hand & seale
          the Day and year first above Written

                      John Westbrook

           On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus Endors.t Vizt

           July 20.th 1731 Then Came Daniell Carroll before me one of
          His Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court & acknowledged
          the within Lotts and Premisses to be the right of
          the within Mencond Charles Carroll Esq.r according to
          the Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided
