(32)   privvelledges and Comodities to them belonging or any
          ways appertaining to him the said Doctor Charles
          Carroll his heirs and assignes for Ever To and for the only  
          proper use and Behooff of him the said Docter Charles
          Carroll his heirs and Assigns for ever and to no Other
          us intent or meaning whatsoever And the said Dan.ll
          Carroll for himselfe and his heirs doth by these presents
          Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said Doctor
          Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns that the said Two
          Lotts of Ground shall be well and sufficiently warranted
          and Defended against him the said Dan.ll Carroll his heirs
          Ex.rs administrators and all other persons whatsoever Claiming
          from by or under him or them In Witness whereof the
          said Dan.ll Carroll hath thereunto put his hand & seale
          the day & year first above written

          In the presence of
                     Rob.t Carroll
                     John Westbrook

                                     On the Back of the aforegoing Indenture
          was thus Endorsed

                 July 20.th 1731 Then Came Daniell Carroll before me One
          of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court and
          acknowledged the within Lotts and Premisses to be the
          right of the within Mencond Doct.r Charles Carroll
          according to the Act of Assembly in that Case Made and
          provided
4 sides                                                   Benj.a Tasker
          (Recorded October the 26.th 1731)

   x.d  This Indenture made the Tenth day of June One Thousand
          seven hundred and Thirty One Between Daniell Carroll of
          Marlbrow in Prince Georges County Merchant of the
          One part & Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis Esq.r
          of the Other part Witnesseth that hte said Dan.ll Carroll
          for & in Consideration of the sume of Forty pounds
          Current Money to him in hand paid at & before the
          Ensealing & Delivery of these presents the receipt
          he doth hereby acknowledge & himselfe therewith fully
          sattisfied and Contented Hath given Granted bargaind
