       Whereas John Peele of London Merchant in & by one
       Indenture of Assignment & Bill of Sale bearing Date the
       thirtieth Day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred & thirty four did for the Consideration of the sume of ten
       thusand five hundred pounds to him paid & in the s.d Indenture of
       Assignment mentioned Bargaine Sell Assign Assure Transferr
       & Convey to Daniel Dodson of Lincolns Inn in the County of
       Middlesex Esq.r all that his Sipp Diggs & also his Shipp Molly
       with all the Tackle Furniture Apparell & Appurtenances
       Whatsoever thereunto belonging & also all is Goods Chattles
       Estate Debts & Effects in Maryland & Virginia now in the
       Hands of Will.m Peele M.rs   Crabb Widow M.r Anthony Gott
       M.r Nath.l Ridgby M.r Solomon Clayton M.r Enault Clayton
       M.r Enault Hawkins Major Powers M.r Gasoway the Elder
       M.r John Galloway M.r Luther Gill M.r John Peele the Younger
       M.r John Webb & M.r Will.m Sellman all of Maryland & Virginia
       & also all that his share & part of & in all the Goods Chattles
       Debts Estate & Effects whatsoever of or belonging to his ^two^ Brothers
       Samuel Peele & Robert Peele late of Maryland af.d now Deceased
       which he was & is intituled by Virtue of Letters of Administration
       to him thereof Granted by the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
       & also all other his Estate & Effects whatsoever wheresoever
       & in whose hands soever in Maryland or Virginia af.d To
       hold to him the s.d Daniel Dodson together with Divers
       Policyes of Insureance & other Matters & things in the said
       Assignment mentioned & contained his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns
       Absolutely & for ever Subject to a Provisoe that if the said
       John Peele his Ex.rs or Adm.rs sould pay to the s.d Daniel Dodson
       his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns the sum of ten thousand & five
       hundred Pounds on the first Day of December now last
       Past then the s.d Assignment should be ^Void^ otherwis to remain
       & be in full force And Whereas the s.d sume of
