       Into the Port of London or elsewhere on board the said severall
       herein before mentioned Shipps all or any of them ^and^ also all the
       goods Estate & other Effects of him the s.d John Peele herein before
       mentioned to be in the hands of the s.d Will.m Peele & the severall
       Other Persons herein before Particularly mentioned and also
       his full Power of Administration of the Estates of his late Brothers
       Samuel Peele & Robert Peele deced And that all & singular
       the above bargained Premisses now are & be & so from hence
       Forth for ever hereafter shall remaine Continue & be to the sole
       Use & behoofe fo the s.d Daniel Dodson his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns
       for ever free & Clear & freely & clearly Acquitted Exonerated &
       Discharged of & from all & all manner of former & other  
       Bargains Sales Gifts Grants or any other Charge or Incumbrance
       whatsoever Subject Nevertheless to the Provisoe
       herein beforementioned but in Case the s.d Sume of ten thousand &
       five hundred Pounds shall not be paid by the s.d John Peele his
       Ex.rs or Adm.rs on or before the s.d first Day of December Next
       herein before mentioned that then the s.d Daniel Dodson his
       Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns shall & may Lawfully Take into his Custody
       & Possession receive & retaine to his & their own use & behoofe
       all the money arising & to grow due from the s.d severall Pollicyes
       of Insureance & upon receipt thereof to Deliver up the s.d Pollicyes
       & also shall & may Sell & Dispose of the s.d Shipp Molly &
       Also the s.d Shipp Diggs or by Whatsoever other Name or Names
       the s.d Shipps or Either of them may be Called with all the
       Appurtenances thereto belonging as afores.d & also may sell
       & Dispose of all such Goods as shall Arrive into the Port of
       London or Elsewhere on board the s.d Shipps herein beforementioned
       ^or any of them and also may sell and Dispose of all the said Goods Estate and other Effects herein before mentioned^ to be in the hands of the s.d William Peele & the several other
       Persons herein beforementioned & also to receive & Take to his
       & their own use all the money ariseing by such sale or
       Disposition of the s.d Shipps Goods Estate & Other Effects
