       Hands Power or Custody of the s.d William Peele & the several Other
       Persons in Maryland & Virginia herein before Particularly mentioned
       And also all his Right & title which he hath by Virtue of his full
       Powers of the Administration of the Estates of the ^his^ Late Brothers Sam.l
       & Robert Peele Deceased to hold & every the herein before mentioned
       Estate Effects Goods & all other the Premisses of him the s.d John Peele
       to & unto the s.d Daniel Dodson his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns absolutely
       foe ever hereafter to be by him or them Demanded had Taken
       Recovered & received to his & their Owne Proper use & uses & as his & their
       Own Proper Goods Chattels moneys & Effects Subject nevertheless to
       the Provisoe or Condition hereafter mentioned (to wit) Provided
       always that if the s.d John Peele his Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall & do well &
       Truly pay or Cause to be paid to the said Daniel Dodson his Ex.rs
       Adm.rs or Assigns the full & just sum of Ten thousand & five
       hundred pounds of Good & Lawfull money of great Britain at
       his Chambers in Lincolns Inn upon or before y.e first Day of Dec.r next
       Ensueing the Date hereof without any

       Deduction whatsoever then this Present Indenture or Writing to
       Cease Determine & be utterly void to all intents & Purposes
       Whatsoever or else to remaine Continue & be in full force power
       & Virtue And the s.d John Peele doth hereby for himself his Ex.rs
       & Adm.rs Covenant Promise & agree to & with the s.d Dan.l Dodson
       his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns that he the s.d John Peele now hath in
       himself full Power & Lawfull Authority to grant bargain
       Sell & Assign the s.d two Shipps Called the Molly & the Diggs
       with all & every the Appurtenances to the s.d Shipps belonging
       & herein before mentioned & also all & every the herein before
       mentioned Policyes of Insureance & the sums of money there
       under Written & also all Such Goods as are on board all or
       any of the s.d Shipps & also all such Goods as shall Arrive
