       Whatsoever herein before mentioned And he the s.d Dan.l Dodson his Ex.rs
       Adm.rs & Assigns shall & may lawfully retaine & keep all the money in
       Ariseing by such sales & Dispositions as af.d to his & their own use &
       behoofe returning the overplus if any shall be after the s.d sume of
       Ten thousand & five hundred Pounds & all Interest thereof which
       shall grow due for the same to the s.d Daniel Dodson shall be
       Paid & Satisfyed And also after Deducting thereout all Cost Charges
       Damages & Expences whatsoever that the s.d Daniel Dodson his Ex.rs
       Adm.rs & Assigns shall by any ways or means whatsoever be putt unto
       either in Law or Equity or Otherwise howsoever by reason of the non
       payment of the s.d sum of ten thousand & five hundred Pounds & Interest
       to Grow due thereof In Witness whereof the Parties abovesaid
