       Insureance thereon made & also the s.d several sums Subscribed
       under the s.d several Policyes amounting in the whole to the sume of
       five thousand Pounds & all Bennefitt & Advantage thereof to be
       had received or Recovered of & from the Insurers thereof or any of
       them And also all the goods & other Estate & Effects Whatsoever of
       him the s.d John Peele in Maryland herein before mentioned to be in
       the hands of the Several Persons herein before Particularly
       Mentioned And Also all that his Equal Moiety Share & Part of
       the Estate of his Said late Brothers Samuel & Robert Peele
       Deceased now in the hands Custody or Power of the s.d Will.m Peele
       or any other Person or Persons whatsoever & all his Right Title
       Interest Property Claim & Demand thereto or to any Part thereof
       Either in Law or Equity by Virtue of the Powers of the s.d Letters
       of Administration or Otherwise Howsoever To have & to
       Hold the s.d Shipp heretofore Called the Adventure & now Called
       the Molly also the s.d Shipp Called the Diggs with all the
       Appurtenances to the s.d Shipps belonging as afores.d also all &
       every the s.d herein beforementioned Policyes & all Benefitt and
       Advantage thereof & the Sum of five thousand Pounds thereon
       & thereby Insured & all Benefitt & Advantage thereof att any
       time to be had received or recovered thereout & therefrom to &
       unto the Proper use & behoof of the s.d Daniel Dodson his
       Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns & also to have & to hold all such Goods as
       are now Loaded on board all or any of the s.d Shipps According to
       to the bills of Loading thereof & also all Such Tobaccoes or
       Other Goods as Shall Arrive on board the s.d herein before
       mentioned Shipps or any of them in the Port of London or else
       where (the Severall Bills of Loading whereof are hereby agreed
       to be Delivered & Consigned to the s.d Daniel Dodson his Ex.rs
       or Adm.rs by the s.d John Peele as soon as they arrive) also to
       have & to hold all the Goods & Estate & all Other the Effects of
       him the s.d John Peele herein before mentioned to be in the
