       Severall times before the Day of the Date hereof several Sums of
       Money amounting in the whole to the sum of ten Thousand & five hundred
       Pounds for which he Stands the Day of the Date hereof Justly & Truely
       Indebted unto the s.d Daniel Dodson Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that the s.d John Peele for & in Consideration of the s.d Sum of
       Ten thousand & five hundred Pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to
       him in hand paid as af.d by the s.d Daniel Dodson the receipt whereof the
       said John Peele Doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof Acquit & Discharge
       the s.d Daniel Dodson hath Granted bargained sold assigned
       Transferred & set over & by these Presents doth grant bargain Sell
       Assign transferr & set Over unto the s.d Daniel Dodson his Ex.rs
       Adm.rs & Assigns fully Clearly & Absolutely for ever all that his said
       shipp heretofore called the Adventure & now Called the Molly of the
       Burthen of one hundred & fifty Tuns & also all that his said Shipp
       Called the Diggs or by whatsoever ^other^ Name or Names the s.d Shipp are Now
       or shall hereafter be Called together with all the Masts Rops
       sails guns & all other the Goods Takle & Appurtenances whatsoever as
       the same now are fitted out & now sailed out to Virginia or Maryland
       the Diggs under the Command of Thomas Dansie and

       The Molly under the Command of George Warrener & to the s.d Shipps
       or Vessells or either of them now belonging or in any wise Appertaining
       or which shall hereafter belong or Appertain to the s.d Shipps or
       Either of them which s.d two last mentioned Shipps are now on their
       several Voyages to Virginia & Maryland or at the s.d Virginia &
       Maryland or retur^n^ing from thence to the Port of London And
       also all the herein before mentioned Pollicyes of Insureance
       all the Insureance thereon made & on the Goods & Cargoe on board
       the s.d Shipps all or any of them & all the Insureance thereon
       Made Also all the herein mentioned Pollicyes of Insureance made
       on the Several Goods Loaded on Board the s.d other Shipps herein
       before mentioned to be Chartered for Freight as aforesaid & all the
