       Annext is a true Copy of the s.d Administration Granted to the s.d John
       & the Original whereof is now under the Seal fo the s.d Prerogative Court
       of Canterbury & is now in the hands Custody or Power of the s.d Daniel Dodson
       herein before mentioned & these Deponants further upon their several oaths
       say & Depose that they & each of them were Personally Present & did see
       the Paper Writing hereunto Annexed & purporting to be a Letter of Attorney
       from the herein before mentioned Dan.l Dodson to M.r John Galloway
       Merchant in Maryland duly signed sealed & executed by the s.d Daniel
       Dodson in the sight & Presence on the Day of the Date thereof & did
       at the Same time Sett their Several hands as they are now written
       thereto as Witness to the Due Signing Sealing & executing thereof
       by the s.d Daniel Dodson                                 George Grew

one thousand seven hundred & thirty four
before me   Edw.d Bellamy Mayor

       This Indenture made the thirtieth Day of May in the
       seventh year of the Reign of our Sovn Lord George the second by the
       Grace of God of great Britain France and Ireland King defender of the
       faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
       and thirty four Between John Peele of London Merchant of the one
       Part and Daniel Dodson of Lincolns Inn in the County of Middlesex
       Esquire of the other part Whereas by deed poll made from Dan.l Fox
       of Stepney als Stebon heath in the County of Middlesex Merchant and John
       Godber of London Mariner bearing date the fifteenth day of October
       one thousand seven hundred and twenty nine the said Dan.l Fox and
       John Godber did for the Consideration of the sum of two hundred & ninety
       five Pounds of Lawful money of great Britain to them in hand
       paid by the said John Peele grant Bargain and Sell unto the said
       John Peele his executors adm.rs & assigns all that good ship or Vessell
       then Called the Adventure (and now called the Molly) of the Burthen
       of One hundred and fifty Ton and also all and every the Anchors
