       Sume of ten thousand five hundred Pounds Signed by the said John
       Peele Are true Copies of the Original Assigment or Bill of Sale
       & of the receipt on the Back thereof & that these Deponants were
       Present at and Witnesses to the Signing Sealing & Executing the said
       Original Assignment & Bill of Sale & receipt for the s.d ten thousand
       & five hundred pounds on the Back thereof & did see the s.d John
       Peele Signe Sealed & Execute the same as by the same Itt Plainly &
       Evidently doth & may Appear & those Deponants did then & there
       hear the s.d John Peele Acknowledge & own that he had received of
       & from the s.d Dan.l Dodson the s.d Sum of ten thousand ^&^ five hundred
       Pounds as & for the Consideration money therein Mentioned and
       this Deponant Robert Harrison further maketh Oath that
       the Memorandum indorsed on the Back of the s.d Original Assignm.t
       or Bill of Sale bearing Date the Ninth Day of July one
       thousand seven hundred & thirty four Signed by the s.d John Peele
       Acknowledgeing the Receipt of the further or Other Sume of
       eight hundred Pounds is also a true Copy of the Original Memorandum
       on the Back of the s.d Original Assignment or Bill of Sale
       which Original Memorandum he thus Deponant Robert Harrison
       was Present & did See the s.d John Peele Signe with his own
       xxxxx hand with which s.d Original Assignment & the s.d Receipt
       for the s.d ten thousand & five hundred pounds & Memorandum
       for the s.d eight hundred Pounds on the Back thereof these
       Deponants have on the Day of the Date hereof Carefully Examined
       the s.d Annexed Copies And these Deponents George
       Grew & Robert Harrison further on their Oaths say that
       they have carefully examined the Copy of the Administration
       hereunto also annexed purporting to be a Copy of an Administration
       of the Goods Chattells Estate & Effects of Samuel
       late of the Province of Maryland but now Deceased granted to
       John Peele of London Merchant by & under the seale of
       the Prerogative Court of Canterbury & upon their Oaths
       Say that the s.d Copy of the s.d Administration hereunto
