       Paper Writing or Instrument as also the Letter of Attorney in the s.d Affidavit
       mentioned to be hereunto Annexed Dated in London the fourth Day
       of March one thousand seven hundred & thirty four & in the eighth Year of
       the Reign of our Soveraign Lord George the Second of Great Britain
       France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith &.r

       George Grew & Robert Harrison both of Lincolns Inn Square
       in the County of Middlesex Gentlemen make Oath & say that the Paper
       Writing or Instrument hereunto Annext contained in five Sheets of Paper
       Baring Date the thirtieth Day May last Past Purporting & being an
       Assignment & Bill of Sale made between John Peele of London Merch.ts
       of the one Part & Daniel Dodson of Lincolns Inn in the County of
       Middlesex Esquire of the Other Part of two Shipps namely the Molly of
       the Burthen of one hundred & fifty Tuns or there abouts & the Diggs
       of the Burthen of two hundred & thirty Tunns or their abouts together
       with the respective Tackle Apparell furniture & Appurtenances to each
       of them belonging & of the Goods & Merchandizes shipt & to be Shipt out
       & to be Shipt Back again as well on Board the above mentioned Ships
       Molly & Diggs as on Board the three following Ships by & for the s.d John
       Peele (that is to say) the three Sisters the Phænix & the Samuell
       freighted by Charter party by the s.d John Peele for A Voyage to severall
       Parts & ports in Maryland & back again to the Port of London together
       with the several Policyes of Insureance made or caused to be made
       thereon by the Said John Peele for the Sev.l Sums of Money mentioned
       in the s.d Assignment & Bill of Sale & the Severall Bills of Lading
       for the Goods & Merchandizes Amounting to the Value of Several
       thousand pounds Shipt on Board the Several abovementioned Ships & of
       Several Large Quantityes of Goods Debts & other Estate & Effects
       in Maryland afores.d the Property of the Said John Peele but in
       the hands & custody of the severall Persons Mentioned in
       the s.d Assignment & Bill of Sale made from the s.d John
       Peele to the s.d Dan.l Dudson as afores.d & the receipt for the
