       For ever To have & to hold the same with every part & Parcell thereunto
       belonging unto them the s.d George Gale & John Gale their heirs & Assigns for
       ever And the s.d Walter Smith & Roger Mathews for themselves their Heirs
       Ex.rs & Adm.rs Do Covenant Grant & Agree to & with the af.d George Gale & John  
       Gale their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns that he or they shall & may at all
       Times hereafter have hold Occupy Possess & enjoy all the Before Granted
       Premisses without the Lett hindrance Molestation or eviction of them the
       Said Walter Smith or Roger Mathews or any under them Claiming or
       to Claime In Testimony Whereof the s.d Walter Smith & Roger Mathews
       have hereto set their hands & seals the Day & Year first above Written

       to the form of the Act of Assembly in that Case made & Provided
