(30) Appurtenances and alsoe all and Singular the Messuages Dwelling Houses Buildings Barnes Stables Gardens Orchards Out Houses Profitts Comodities Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the Same belonging or in Any Wise appurtaining unto him the said James Kinsbury his heirs and assignes for Ever And the Said Thomas Gibson for himselfe his heirs Executors and Adm.rs the Said parcell of part of the Tract of Land af.d & all other the Bargained Premisses unto him the Said James Kingsbury his heirs and assignes against all Manner of persons whatsoever claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall and will for ever hereafter Warrant and Defend by these presents the Rents & Services that from henceforth shall from time to time for & in Respect of the Premisses which shall become due & payable to the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee only excepted and foreprized And the said Thomas Gibson for himselfe his heirs executors & adm.rs & every of them by these presents Doth Promise Covenant & Agree to and with the said James Kinsbury his heirs executors & adm.rs ^every^ of them by these presents that the Said Thomas Gibson at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents is sealed in his Demeanse as of Fee of & in the above Mencond to be bargained premisses with the appurtenances of a Good sure & indefeasable ^Estate of^ Inheritance in free simple free & Discharged of all incumberances whatsoever & as the true & perfect owner of the same hereby Bargained premisses & hath in himself full power good right & Lawfull Interest & Authority to grant Bargain Sell & assigne over the same to the said James Kingsbury his heirs & assignes for & in manner and form as af.d & further the Said Thomas Gibson his heirs executors & adm.rs that he the Said Thomas Gibson his Heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter for & Dureing the space of seven years next ensuing the Date of these Presents at or upon the Reasonable request & at the proper Costs & Charges in the Law of the said James Kingsbury his heirs or assignes make doe perform acknowledge Levy execute and Suffer or Cause to be made done performed acknowledged Levyed & Executed and suffered all & every such further Lawfull and reasonable Act or Acts thing (or) |
