       of Tobacco & the Debt & Cost af.d which by Virtue of the Judgment af.d shall happen
       To be recovered in Proportion to their Respective Debts af.d they being hereby Obliged
       by their Acceptance hereof to be Accountable & to refund to me or my order for what
       they may receive more then what Shall Satisfye their Respective Debts af.d
       And I being Likewise hereby Obliged to statisfye unto my Att.ry or Att.rys af.d or
       either of them for what Deficiency may happen If Any In Witness whereof
       I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 10.th Day of December Anno Domini

                                  Bradford sign seal & Deliver the same for the use of the within
                              Mich.l Macnemara Will.m Cumming George Buchannan & John Beall
                                                  Sworne before me one of his Lordships Justices of Ann.ll
                                                  County Court the Day & Year af.d

       Also to the same power of attorney was annexed the following probat
       Maryland fs December the 30.th 1734   Then Came John Bradford of
       Prince Georges County Gent Adm.r of all and singular the Goods Chattles
       Rights and Credits unadministred by John Bradford late of Prince Georges
       County Gent deced of Tho.s Ingram of Prince Georges County afd deced
       before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court and made Oath on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God
       that the said Tho.s Ingram or the s.d John Bradford the Adm.r
       afd deced to the best of the Deponants knowledge or either of them
       nor by any Book writing Account or other thing appearing to this
       Depon.t did not receive any part or parcel of the Debt and Cost
       afd mentioned in the Judgment Power of Attorney & assignment
       hereunto Annexed and that this Deponant hath not received any
       part of the Debt afd or any thing else towards satisfaction thereof
       except only that the afd W.m Cumming Mich.l Macnemara George
       Buchannan and John Beall are to discount allow & account with
       him for the same Debt when received
