x.d  Maryland fs   Know all men by these presents that
                            we Benjamin Tasker and Daniel Dulany
                        Esq.r and George Plater Esq.r ^of S.t Marys County^ are held and firmly
                      Bound unto the Right Honourable Charles Absolute
                  Lord and Proprietary of the Province of Maryland
                And Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c in six
       Thousand pounds sterling to be paid the said Lord Propry
       his heirs and successors to the which payment well and
       truly to be made we Bind Ourselves our and every of
       Our Heirs Executors and Administrators Joyntly & severally
       in the whole and for the whole firmly by these presents
       sealed with out seales and Dated this 12.th day Novem 1734

       The Condition of the above obligation is such
       that Whereas the above Named Lord propry by his
       Com.o under the Great Seale of the said province bearing
       Equal Date with these presents Hath Constituted and
       Appointed the Above Bounden Benjamin Tasker to be
       his Chief Agent Escheator & Receiver Generall of all
       his Rents Arrears of Rents Fines Forfeitures Tobacco
       Money for Land Warrants Licences for Ferrys Waifs
       Strays Diodands of all Duties ariseing from and
       Growing due upon Exportation of Tobacco or Tonage of
       shipps and all Other Money Tobacco or Other Effects
       in any Manner of way or Means now due or hereafter
       to Grow due whether by protested Bills of Exchange
       or otherwise within the said Province of Maryland
       with full power and authority to sell and Dispose of all
       Lands Tenements or Hereditaments to the said Lord
       Propry now Escheated or Forfeited or hereafter to
       be Escheated or forfeited to such person or persons
       as shall agree & pay for them in Money also to
       Inspect Order Manage and Account for all and every
       other Branch or Branches of his Revinue within
       his said province whether the same shall grow due
       by particular contract conditions of plantations
       act or acts of assembly or by virtue of his Lordships
       Royaltys Rights priviledges or prerogatives within
       the said province and for the Better Execution of the
       powers and authorities given in and by the said Com.o the
       said Lord Propry hath hereby authorized the said
       Benjamin Tasker to Give such Orders and Directions
       to the Navall Officers of the said province as he
       shall think fitt and to remit to the said Lord propry
       for his own proper use all such Money Bills of Excha
       or Other Effects as shall arise grow due & be received
       by the said Benjamin Tasker from any person or persons
       whatsoever or by any other way or means whatsoever
       to the use of the said Lord propry by all Convenient
