       Will & Testament & made his son Roger Boyce his Ex.rs & is since Deced
       & the s.d Roger Boyce the Son af.d hath Taken upon him the Execution &
       Administration of his said Fathers Will the af.d Judgment being still
       being unpaid Now Know y.e that I the af.d John Bradford Administrator De
       bonis Non as af.d for Divers good causes & Considerations me hereunto
       Moving but more especially to the end the af.d Will.m Cumming Mich.l
       Macnemara George Buchannan & John Beall may receive
       satisfaction of the sev.l sums of Money Due to them as af.d Have
       ordained assigned & Deputed & by these Presents do ordain assigne
       & Depute & in my Place put the af.d Will.m Cumming Mich.l
       Macnemara George Buchannan & John Beall Joyntly & Severally
       my true & Lawfull Att.ry & Att.rys Ire Irrevocable to Demand Levy
       recover & receive in my Name & Stead to the only proper use & behoof of
       the s.d Will.m Cumming Mich.l Macnemara George Buchannan &
       John Beall of the af.d Roger Boyce Executor af.d the Debt & Cost afores.d

       my full & whole Authority for Default of Payment of the af.d Debt &
       Cost or any Part or Parcell thereof from him the af.d Roger Boyce Executor
       af.d his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.s by their Bodyes to Arrest & Imprison & out of
       Prison again to Deliver & Release & the goods & chattles Lands & Tenem.ts
       of him the s.d Roger Boyce Executor af.d his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs to the Use & behoof
       of the s.d Will.m Cumming Mich.l Macnemara George Buchannan and
       John Beall in my Name & Stead to cause to be attached seised or extended &
       pleas prosecutions & suits whatsoever against the s.d Roger Boyce Executor
       af.d his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs of any of them or against the Goods Chattles Creditts
       & Debts of the aboves.d Roger Boyce Executor af.d for the Debt & Cost af.d in
       my Name to Commence Maintain & Prosecute in any Court or Courts as
       I my self might or could do & upon recovery & receipt of the Tobacco af.d & Debt
       & Cost af.d or any Part thereof Acquittances & Discharges to seal & Deliver
       & one or more Att.ry or Att.rys under them or either of them to substitute &
       at their Will again to revoke Ratyfying & Confirming all & whatsoever my
       said Att.rys for either of them shall Lawfully do or cause to be Done &
       I the s.d John Bradford Administrator Debonis Non af.d Do hereby Covenant
       & Grant to & with the s.d Will.m Cumming Mich.l Macnemara George
       Buchannan & John Beall their Ex.rs & Adm.rs by these Presents That the s.d
       Judgment is in full Strength in no wise satisfyed or Paid & That I have
       not released or Discharged the same & that the s.d Will.m Cumming
       Mich.l Macnemara George Buchannan & John Beall & every
       of them their Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns shall & may enjoy the af.d Quantity
