        Am Justly indebted to the Severall Persons hereafter Named To Witt to William
       Cumming of the City of Annapolis Gent in the Sum of Sixty three pounds elevin
       Shillings & three pence Sterl Money To Mich.l Macnemara of of the City of
       Annapolis Gent.l in the Sum of ten Pounds Sterling Money & to George Buchannan
       & John Beall of Prince Georges County Gent in the Sum of thirty nine pounds sixteen
       shillings Sterling money afores.d And Whereas a certain Roger Boyce
       of Calvert County Innholder by his certain bond or Obligation bearing Date the
       sixteenth Day of January January Anno Domini one thousand seven
       hundred & Sixteen Did Grant himself to be held & firmly bound to the af.d Tho.s
       Ingram in his lifetime in the sum of Twenty three thousand Pounds of Tob.o
       Conditioned for the Payment of eleven thousand five hundred Pounds of Tob.o
       Which s.d Debt & Interest being unpaid the af.d John Bradford Deced the Adm.rs
       af.d in his lifetime did Prosecute & Implead the af.d Roger Boyce in the
       Provincial Court of the Province af.d on the s.d bond or Obligation & at Septem.r
       Prov.l Court Anno Domini Seventeen hundred & twenty Judgment was rendered
       for the s.d Administrator against the af.d Roger Boyce by Confession ^for^ of the Debt
       the Debt & Cost of Suit And Whereas the af.d Roger Boyce made his last
