       Received ^of^ Dan.l Dulany Esq.r fifty Pounds Current money of Maryland
       being the Consideration Money for my right to the within Land as
       Witness my hand this 12.th October 1734

       Then Came before me the Subscriber the within Named Richard
       Colegate & Acknowledged the within Deed as the Law Directs
                                                                      Robert Gordon
       Also on the Back of the said Deed was written as follows viz.t

       Be it Known to all men by these Presents that I Dan.l Dulany
       Party to the within Deed do Declare that the within Land and
       Premisses were by me Purchased in Trust to & for the use of Benj.a
       Tasker & Charles Carroll Esq.rs Doctor Charles Carroll the Heirs or
       Representatives of Dan.l Carroll late of Duddington Deceased &
       of my Self & their & my heirs & assigns for ever as Tenants in
       Common in order to carry on an Iron Work in Baltimore County on
       Patapsco River according to several Agreements heretofore made
       by us with each Other Concerning the said Work & not to the use of
       my Self my heirs & assigns only any thing in the within Deed
       Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding & I Do hereby further
       Acknowledge & Declare that the within Consideration Money
       altho by the solely paid is to be Placed to the account of the said
       Work each of the said Persons Paying his Proportionable Part thereof
       Witness my hand & seal this 13.th Day of December 1734

the Psence of us        Nov.r 12.th 1734 Received of Dan.l Dulany Esq.r by the hands
       Will.m Wilkins   of Charles Carroll Esq.r Right Shill.s & five pence being the alienation

x.d  This Indenture Made this Ninth Day of October Anno
       Domini Seventeen hundred thirty & four Between John Hammond
       Son of Charles of Ann Arundell County Planter of the one Part and
       Philip Hammond of the County af.d Merchant of the other Part
       Wittnesseth that the s.d John for & in Consideration of the sum of
       Forty pounds Sterling to him in hand Paid at and before the
       Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof
