x.d  This Indenture made the eleventh Day of September One thousand seven hundred
       hundred & thirty four Between Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis Chyrurgeon on the one
       Part & Michael Taylor & Margret his Wife of Prince Georges County of the Other
       Part Witnesseth that whereas the said Michael by his Indented Deed of
       Mortgage made the thirteenth Day of June Annoq Domini One thousand seven
       hundred & thirty unto him the said Charles Carroll Duely Acknowledged & Recorded
       as also his the said Mich.ls Release thereon bearing Date the thirteenth Day of
       Nov.r Annoq Domini seventeen hundred & thirty to him the said Charles Carroll
       And Whereas the said Charles Carroll hath released unto him the said Michael
       ^own^ of the said Recited Mortgage Nine Negroes Ninety head of Cattle being part
       of the said Mortgaged Pmisses & also Advanced & Paid & Satisfyed unto him the
       said Mich.l other Sums of Money which with the Ballance Due on the Said
       Mortgage Amount to the Sum of two hundred & fifty two Pounds Sterl money
       of Great Brittain Now this Indenture further Witnesseth that the said Mich.ll
       & Margaret his wife as well for & in Consideration of the said Release of the
       Said Negroes & Cattle as also for & in Consideration of the said sum of two hund.d
       & fifty two Pounds Sterl to them in hand Paid & Satisfyed by him the said
       Charles Carroll & for the further & better Security of him the Said Charles
       Carroll the receipt whereof they hereby acknowledge & thereof Doe Acquit
       Release & Discharge him the said Charles Carroll his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
       have Given granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released & Confirmed And
       Doe by these Presents Give grant Bargain Sell Alien Release and
       Confirm unto him the s.d Charles Carroll all the estate right Title Claim &
       Demand of them the said Mich.l & Margaret his Wife of in & to a certain
       Tract of Land Lyeing in Prince Georges County called Addition to Charley
       Forrest which Said Land was conveyed by Major John Bradford Deced
       to Joyce his Wife & by the said Joyce to Margaret Wife of the said Mich.l
       Containing about twelve hundred & seventy acres with its Appurtenances
       To have & to hold unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and
       Assigns for ever all & singular the Part of the said Addition to Charley     
       Forrest conveyed as af.d by the said Maj.r John Bradford to Joyce his
       Wife & by the said Joyce to Margaret Wife of the said Mich.l and
       Party to these Presents Containing about twelve hundred and
